First you need to remove 0.3z completely, even in register, then install the 0.3x. I even needed to remove the game completely and install it new.
for register cleaning: you can find free programs for that.

Wait. My bro downgraded it easily. Just install the 0.3x samp. Copy and replace the files if needed and bam! Youre done. Thats how me and my bro downgrade samp.
