OH !!! IRC problem .

Hi !
i having problem with IRC when i go to efnet.org and enter in ITserver its write u banned from server i dont know why ?
i think because i was banned from WOF server on IRC . The world of fun admin (x.emarati) said to me pay if u dont pay u will banned from IRC but after i banned from wof on irc i can chat on ITserver with admin but now i cant !!!
help me pls .
