rodrigueze (i hope i got his username names last name right)

is it just me or has he not been here i've been coming on every now and then but always at different times i have seen the guy ounce, yet his house is always there (well it says he owns it) but still it's been longer than me and trappers disappearance and he still owns it any ideas on why?
