ima getting confused here..

can someone explain how to get onto the servers IRC? i dont have a clue what im doing, im used to ts3

-First go to efnet.org
-Look on the left, there will be a "WEBCHAT LOGIN"
-Type your name in "Nickname" and the "Channel" type #itserver, click "Login"
-Wait until the "to connect to IRC...", click "Connect"
-There, u are in IRC
-On the right, there is a column show who is on IRC and at the bottom there is a white row, if you wanna chat, tpye the text in this row and press Enter
